About me

Amanda Luna

I am an indigenous Quechua woman from Peru, socialized for 26 years between the Andean Amazon of Huánuco and Huancayo. I have tried to incorporate traditional knowledge from my culture into my studies of educational medicine, mental health, systemic online counseling and my work as an educational consultant. All of this is to be able to offer you a service that integrates two worlds and is always critical of power structures. Therefore, I always avoid cultural appropriation as well as romanticizing my community or culture.

Sustainability, inner satisfaction and the certainty of being able to bring about a small transformation process are very important to me.

My learning process-oriented work aims to increase the efficiency and flexibility of the organization. In doing so, it adopts a participant- or customer-oriented value creation perspective.

For 6 years I have been working as an educational consultant, speaker and process facilitator for different institutions. I studied medicine in Peru, then (but) decided for alternative and holistic medicine, a decolonizing medicine. For this reason I work a lot with ecotherapy, water cycles, menstrual cycles or mountain power. My commitment to the climate and to social justice are very important to me, which is why I commute between Latin America and Europe. Furthermore, I like programming, creating my websites and videos, and creating my own educational material.

Mission and Vision

My mission is to develop a new way of learning that is not so rational and Eurocentric, but is also allowed to be emotional. In doing so, it acknowledges the natural resources themselves in order to bring about sustainable changes in society. Having survived natural disasters, defended my territory in Peru and witnessed migration processes not only in Europe but also in Latin America, it is very important for me to share my different perspectives on privileges and responsibilities and process them in this way.
